1. Acceptance
By accessing https://pazandcode.com (the "Site") or engaging Paz and Code("we," "us," "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services
Paz and Code is a digital studio offering web design and development, digital strategy, and brand-led UX. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate statement of work or proposal signed by both parties. These Terms govern use of the Site; they do not supersede any signed agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, code, and the overall design — is owned by Paz and Code or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal or business inquiry purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or resell any portion of it without written permission.
4. Contact submissions
When you submit the contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you regarding your inquiry. Handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paz and Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Site is limited to USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Paz and Code is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
